Cruelty Free & Vegan Makeup – UK British High Street 2017

Two years ago I made a Youtube video about where you can buy cruelty-free and vegan makeup readily on any British High Street. A few things have changed since then! Some very positive, and some very disappointing.

I’ve listed below the shops that are found on most British high streets, and the makeup brands within them that offer cruelty-free and vegan options. The list is for makeup only,¬†and have only included brands that are 100% transparently cruelty-free. Many companies’ animal-testing policies are vague with an ignorance for full clarification.

I’ve only included brands that aren’t owned by parent companies that test on animals. This is a personal preference, and I appreciate that there are dividing opinions on this.
